The national hospital and nursing association H+ has found a partner in the Swiss IT service provider Xelon, which offers solutions tailored to the needs of customers in the healthcare sector.
H+ is the national umbrella organization of public and private hospitals, clinics and care institutions and represents facilities with a total of around 200,000 employees. For over 80 years, H+ has been actively shaping the Swiss healthcare system and is committed to ensuring that all patients have access to efficient and effective healthcare throughout the country. 226 hospitals, clinics as well as care institutions at 380 locations are affiliated to H+ as active members and receive support in the areas of business management, occupational safety, quality assurance, tariff regulation or e-health.
In view of the diverse range of tasks and the high degree of responsibility towards healthcare institutions and patients, it should hardly come as a surprise that H+ relies on a reliably functioning, stable and scalable IT infrastructure. Xelon takes full care of H+'s server management. The Swiss company, which specializes in IT infrastructure services with solutions from the areas of Dedicated Server, Managed Server and Infrastructure as a Service, takes care of the availability and security of the server used by H+. SMEs and large companies from numerous industries in over 30 countries rely on server management from Xelon.
Even when he first contacted Xelon, Besson was struck by the "quick and uncomplicated response of our contact person" and the H+ executive board member is also extremely satisfied with the partnership to date: "The personal exchange and the joint solution finding mean a lot to us. You can feel that Xelon puts the customer's well-being first and is not primarily concerned with selling as many services or upgrades as possible. This resulted in a solution tailored to our needs." In the event of questions or ambiguities, they always received helpful and comprehensible feedback within a very short time, which was helpful in solving any problems and making decisions on how to proceed. "We also appreciate the uncomplicated cooperation between Xelon and our IT partner Nexplore, which is responsible for the applications," says Besson.
