The PHP.ini settings can be adjusted per domain in Plesk. To do this, click on Website&Domains and then on PHP Settings.

WHICH PHP VERSION IS INSTALLED?
With the command phpinfo you can read the detailed information about your PHP version and the configuration on the server. Of course, this can also be found out via SSH.
The PHP version can be selected separately per domain.
